1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyFitFood website, mobile interfaces, and meal delivery services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by MyFitFood Ltd ("MyFitFood", "we", "us", "our"). By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who we are

MyFitFood Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered trading address and company number will be displayed in the website footer. You can contact us at hello@myfitfood.co.uk.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Orders & contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel any order — for example if a meal is unavailable, if delivery to your postcode is not supported, or if we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment taken.

5. Pricing & payment

Prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken in full at checkout via our payment provider. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

6. Subscriptions & meal plans

Meal plan subscriptions renew automatically on the cycle you select (weekly or monthly) until cancelled. You may pause, skip or cancel from your account dashboard up to the weekly cut-off (currently 23:59 each Wednesday for the following week). Changes after the cut-off will apply to the subsequent cycle.

7. Delivery

We deliver to selected London and surrounding postcodes. Delivery windows are shown at checkout and confirmed by email. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery (or on attempted delivery if no one is available). If our courier cannot complete delivery due to incorrect address details or a missed handover, we are not obliged to re-deliver or refund.

8. Food safety, allergens & storage

Meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, soya, nuts, peanuts, sesame, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, celery, mustard, lupin and sulphites. We list allergens on each meal but cannot guarantee against trace cross-contact. On receipt, refrigerate meals immediately at 0–5°C and consume by the use-by date printed on the label. Reheat thoroughly until piping hot. You are responsible for storing and handling meals safely after delivery.

9. Cancellations, refunds & the Consumer Contracts Regulations

Because our meals are perishable and made to order, the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once production has begun. You may cancel or amend any order before the weekly cut-off without charge. If a meal arrives damaged, spoiled or significantly different from description, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we will offer a replacement, credit or refund as appropriate.

10. Health disclaimer

MyFitFood meals are designed to support a balanced diet but are not medical advice or a substitute for professional nutritional guidance. If you have a medical condition, food allergy, are pregnant, or are following a clinical diet, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before relying on our meals.

11. Promotions & referral codes

Discount and referral codes are subject to specific terms stated at the point of issue, are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

12. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including recipes, photography, branding, copy and design — is owned by or licensed to MyFitFood. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content, uploading malicious code, or using the Service in breach of any applicable law.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any change. Material changes will be notified by email or on the website before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may bring proceedings in their local courts.
